Negatives: When asked how much a late check out was I was giving the option to checkout at 1pm. The next day I was told for my second I could not had to check out atc12pm by another hotel front desk staff.

Positives: The price was amazing especially considering it was last minute and on a Friday. And it was so very clean I had no need to pull out my cleaning supplies. And the extra bonus was I slept like a baby.

Positives: Great location from different areas. We visited Gul Shores, AL, Pensacola, FL, and Biloxi, MS all 3 were within an hour to 2 hours from this location.
Negatives: Day 2 our key card kept deactivating we had to get it fixed over 7 times to get in our room. They never could explain why it kept happening. There was some sticky stuff on the comforter and the floor. Sat check-in front desk was notified and given the comforter but never told housekeeping so we had to ask the next day if someone was bringing a clean on and cleaning the mess out of the floor. The lady at that front desk took care of it. The housekeeper that came in was defensive Because it was her daughter that checked us in and didn't say anything, but she cleaned it up and brought in the clean comforter. We did have to request towels twice on Monday the 2nd time we just went and got them. The 1st time we were told they were washing and didn't have any at that time. Other than that it was good.
