The staff was rude , the non smoking room had cigarette burns and stains all in carpet, the entire room was dusty , the shower was moldy and the pool was closed . I have photos, also sounded like a herd of elephants came in above us about 1 am and stayed up all night , we left at 6 am sat morning

NOT THE QUALITY OF HOTEL THAT CARRIES THE HILTON NAME! I GUARANTEE HILTON FAMILY WOULD NOT STAY THERE! floors, baseboards, grout work in shower, NASTY. ICE MACHINE NOT WORKING AND KIND OF torn apart. ALLOWED ANIMALS AND THE HOTEL RECKED OF WET DOG

We booked 3 rooms and specifically chose this hotel due to the indoor pool. One in our party had two children who were very upset and crying because the pool was out of service. When I said to the staff that we should have been told when we booked that the pool wasnt avaliable they said that it wasn't their fault booking should have told us because the pool had been down for awhile. They were very rude and indifferent. Also the bathroom door didn't shut and there was no shampoo or shower gel. I would not recommend this hotel or stay there again. This was unfortunate because we paid more because of the reputation of this hotel chain.

The hotel was experiencing computer issues and was told not to lose my key since it was the only one they had. This was an overall hotel issue I understand.
