Staff were very helpful, cable would not work when we got into room, they were there working on it in minutes, they got the signal fixed.
Negatives:
Not the cleanest room, but price was good for that weekend with everything going on, so we didn't complain. It looked like they were doing some remodeling, and it needs it, floors looked great and fresh paint in our room, but has a long way to go, to be considered modern, It had a smell in the room, we ignored it. But the blankets and sheets were very dirty, looked like the previous persons makeup smeared on them, so we weren't sleeping in them, we had to get our own from the car. The mattresses are ready to be upgraded as well, very hard and woreout, It was worth the money, I guess. My wife didn't think so . Staff being friendly is the best part

The staff that initially checked me in were really nice.

I was stuck in a room that was still either under renovation or a room in severe neglect. Severe water damage in the bathroom, burn holes in the sheets, sink was not attached to the counter top, had roaches, mini fridge was not plugged in and lamps were in a state of disrepair, and the bathroom door wasn't fully attached to the frame. The manager upon hearing this, dragged me to a unit and very angrily explained that he's doing renovations.

I would have like to know it was under construction. And the location of the busy train tracks 100 feet from the hotel . I never stayed in a motel where the staff never stopped by to ask if the room needed to be cleaned or clean need clean towels
