Positives:
The location was good with several food options close by. The pool area was well kept and the breakfast options were adequate. Staff was helpful with an issue we had in our initial room.
Negatives:
Initial room had a fridge that didn't work (and the room seemed slightly unkept). The staff was able to move us to a different room with a working fridge. When checking out housekeeping entered our room before we were fully sure we had everything.

The a/c did not work at all. The room was filthy. I got in late due to traveling and was too tired to deal with reporting the broken a/c. Breakfast was disappointing. The pool closes early and reopens after check out time. I really wanted to use the pool and it was the entire reason I booked this hotel.
