Breakfast was pretty basic: cold cereal, instant oatmeal, variety of breads and breakfast pastries.
Negatives:
Scrambled eggs were of a rubber-like consistency. I did not try the boiled eggs. Fresh fruit was acceptable, not spectacular. Creamers (unrefrigerated) were congealed.

It was convenient and comfortable.
Negatives:
The hotel is starting to show some ware and maintenance needs to be done as things are lacking repair. Breakfast was lacking because people failed to show up for work because of the cold. Our room was not serviced after our 3rd night.

Handicap parking door was difficult to open, bed sheets had stains look like they were not washed, pool closed because broke, breakfast was not served because kitchen broke, beds were really hard/firm uncomfortable, lots of ice in handicap parking space/unsafe

We stayed at the Comfort Inn in Grain Valley, Missouri, on October 21st. Five star rating...excellent place to stay. I would like to thank: 1) Gloria for her help in securing a handicapped room (nice lady), 2) Stephanie from the kitchen who made coffee for me at 4:00 a.m. as I sat in the hotel lobby (nice lady),
3) Regina, for friendliness and good conversation with me and my husband while she was on break from overseeing the kitchen (nice lady), and 4) for Connie for her help in preparing and mailing my phone charger (again, another nice lady). STAY HERE...clean, comfortable, and have an excellent breakfast!
