It was dirty, the shower didnt work properly and the manager wouldnt fix it or move us. The poor was foggy and dirty. The hot tub had dirt in the bubbles just absolutely disgusting would never stay here again and would NEVER RECOMMEND this place to anyone

There was no working ice maker on the second floor. It and the fact they didnt have any water available to drink in the lobby was the only small issues.

The location was great. We were there for a Chiefs game, and it was close to the stadium as well as shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was good. It was a clean hotel. We stayed 3 nights, and housekeeping was on top of things with plenty of fresh towels every morning.
Negatives:
The price was not the best deal for the stay. We were given a double bed room when we reserved a king bed room several months in advance. The staff quickly sent us to a correct room. The hot water was the most disturbing thing to me personally. I'm not one to take really hot showers to begin with, but on our 2nd morning, my shower never got hot. It was not even warm, barely room temperature, more on the cold side. This was also a morning that the Temps outside were low 20's. I'm not sure if their broiler system could not keep up or just needs replaced, but it definitely needs addressed.

Handicapped accessible bathrooms, needs more safety at the toilet in the room. The rail was too far away for my daughter to reach. Had to use the small towel around the rail and she was able to hold that. To keep from falling over.

Trash piled up in trash bags from guests by elevator for more than 24 hours even after I made the complaint. 2nd desk attendant finally took care of it.
