The staff at the front desk were nice. Location was close to everything that we did.

Housekeeping was a bit aggressive and made us feel rushed to leave out in the morning. I am glad I was only there for one night and that we spent most of our time away from the hotel. The carpet was disgusting. The carpet as well as the couch had MULTIPLE stains. There was a huge red stain on the carpet in the middle of our room. The bathroom was very dated and the t.v. was old with a horrible picture so we barely watched the t.v. the base for the bed was filthy. The shower wasn't clean. It's as if they didn't even try to put any effort into making the room look presentable. For the price that we paid, I expected better. I could have just stayed at the Super 8 across the road for a $100 less.

facility was clean and well maintained. I arrived late in the evening and was check-in in very quickly. The water for the sink wasn't working but I told the staff the next morning and I'm sure they corrected the issue.

My heater didn’t work so I had to wait for them to fix it. I already arrived late, so that was frustrating. The next morning I did not have hot water. Not a great way to start my business trip.

They charged my card 3,different times and never would give my money back and the pool was cold as heck and it said it was heated when it wasent then I asked them why my card was charged 3times I couldn't get an answer b.c I guess no one could speak English good enough and there was another couple at the front desk complaining that there card was charged 3 times I have talked to my bank and the company just will not give me the money back I don't mean chump change I mean like 300 dollars over charged then they never told me any thing about a pet charge so we took our dog to our room they told me that I needed to come down and pay a pet deposit for the dog which was fine but then they said well the room you have isnt allowed dogs in and that we may have to move u they didnt move us but they were going to and they seen us walk right past the front desk with the dog like 3 to 4 timed before ever giving me the room and complaing about the dog this is one of worst experiences i ever had
