The hotel is nicely updated and clean, with the exception of one woman on their staff, all the other employees were extremely friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
The lady heading up breakfast on Saturday was EXTREMELY rude to us and to the really nice banquet room lady who was trying to serve us when we showed up for breakfast at 6:30 which is the time we were told it would be open and also on hotel literature.

Location, views and staff bring us back.

The only thing I would downgrade the hotel on would be that it is starting to show it's age. The room was clean and had an excellent view.

Bathroom fixtures were in need of repair and replacement. Staff were friendly and kind, however there was a definite lack of organization or management in the restaurant. Staff seemed unprepared and overwhelmed and lacked general knowledge about operation
