Nobody notified me that the hotel had been condemned. Made reservations in feb for a concert only to learn months later hotel condemned. Received a confirmation 2 days ago about my stay said it was confirmed. Had to make a 3 hour trip back home late because hotels booked up. A heads up would of been nice

I did not stay at the property. It was closed and condemned!! I was left without a place to sta and no one from Booking.com or Holiday Inn was able to help. Thank goodness for the Drury! They found me a room and I had a wonderful stay with them.

Booked this hotel in January. A few days before our stay in July I was charged for the room and received an email stating that my request for early check-in was granted. Upon arrival to the hotel, we found out the hotel was condemned and had been closed for around 2 months!

Location. I should have slept in my car in the parking lot since it is by the concert venue.
Negatives:
It was condemned. Even though I was charged for it and no one bothered to let us know before we showed up. Also really love how I was supposed to be contacted within 30 minutes after I called booking.com so I could try to find another hotel and I literally got a reply almost 21 HOURS later.
