The cable wouldn’t work and the front staff were not friendly at all. Failed to tell us that parking closed at a certain time so when we came back from the concert at midnight we had no where to park. Front staff didn’t care at all. Still charged us for parking even though it was closed.

The location was downtown, not too far from the ballpark downtown. The only issue was trying to get an Uber when leaving different venues, and because of how busy the downtown area was, I was unsuccessful.
Negatives:
The following were items I encountered upon my arrival; The blinds do not work in the bedroom area, resulting in bright lights disrupting my sleep pattern. The tub did not drain properly, leaving me to shower in filth, even if my own.
The toilet needed to be cleaned upon check-in. The staff didn't clean the room one day during the three-night stay, despite my asking daily to have my room clean. Upon check-in, the floor was dirty, exuding not being swept or mopped, and had a sticky substance.

the lady working at night was so rude. she don’t help nothing and answer me with bad words and she was sleeping all the moment we went out and back looking for a parking because the early guy give as a wrong key garage
