The location the staff seemed undertrained that fan/AC unit in the room we were initially given had overloaded the plug, and one of the prongs had broken off in the wall, and there was a burnt spot, or some kind of overload had occurred in that outlet, so there was no fan or air-conditioning of any kind, they moved us to a different room. The indoor pool causes things to rest as you can see in the picture of the light fixture in the bathroom. The overall grounds and location are rundown and the area is a sketchy part of Billings, and it appeared to be mostly Locals coming there to stay to swim in the pool and some sketchy people later at night hanging around in the parking lot

It was right off the freeway and close to a restaurants

When we got to the room it smelled strong of marijuana and then it did not have a shower curtain we had to go ask for one and the blow dryer the plug was broken very unsafe and the bathroom lights flickered and there was rust on the fixtures the microwave was dirty. I would recommend pay the extra money to stay somewhere where it is clean

I did not stay in this hotel. I signed in, went to my room and found there were no towels of any kind, so I thought maybe my room had not been cleaned. Then I went to check on the hot tub and I found that the jets were not working and the water was not hot. I immediately went to the front desk and canceled my reservation. I was on site 15 minutes top. I was told that I would have to speak with the manager, and that she would be in at 0600.
I stayed at another hotel, but I returned at 0600 to complete reservation cancellation. The manager was not in. I came back at 0630; no manager. I got a card from the gal at the front desk with the manager’s name, Jessica. I called at 0700, 0730, and 0800, and Jessica had not arrived. The gal took my name and number.
Jessica called me about 1100 I explained that I have a bad back, and that I had booked a reservation at her hotel because the website said that it had a hot tub. I also expressed my concerns about the room, having no towels, that I feared maybe my room hadn’t been cleaned. I commented that this should be a no brainer, no hassle refund due to the hot tub not being operational after she explained that repairs were being made. I just looked, and I was not charged, but I wasn’t sure based on Jessica’s tone just how she was going to respond.
