Where to start first thing there was a fill in for the regularly at the front desk that didn't know much. My reservation was under some person in Connecticut which was a shock. And the regular front desk lady tried coming into my room at 1am. I found out

it wasn't vacuumed. It was dingy and there were holes in the bathroom door. The other room, the A/C didnt work, nor did the tv and it was NOT vacuumed or cleaned well.
