The restaurant was lovely

The front desk staff was very unprofessional and discourteous. They also charged me for the room in spite of the fact that I told them I prepaid on Booking. When I called to dispute the charge they were once again very unprofessional and unpleasant to talk to. Never once did they apologize for their mistake.
