Positives:
The location for us was great. The room was recently updated and great as well! Enjoyed the larger walk in shower and room decor of wall mural.
Negatives:
The bed was very uncomfortable and the heating/air unit was not working properly. The room never cooled down even with the AC on. The room temperature only continued to climb!

The location was excellent. The staff friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the lounge located in the hotel, they even brought us a dinner plate from the restaurant next door. I would recommend this place to a friend.
Negatives:
We requested a room next to an outside exit since we were traveling with an elderly disabled dog. Unfortunately, we were midway in the hall and the dog was not able to hold it to reach the exit. We did arrive at 5Pm, so that may have limited what they could offer. While the breakfast offerings were diverse, the food all tasted the same.no flavor. We have often found this to be the case with the Perkins restaurant.

They say the hotel is pet friendly but they never accommodate us to that standard. Ive been on vacation for the past 3 weeks , I have made reservations only on best Western locations and this one has been the only one who made us feel extremely uncomfortable and bad. Even though I specifically requested a pet friendly location

Best food I've ever had staying in a hotel. It was fresh, hot, and a large selection to cater to everyone's taste.
Negatives:
We drove in circles, both times we stayed, trying to get to your location, coming from the west. Google maps is obviously not updated the changes to the intersection. There is no left turn, due to inability to cross the yellow barrier.
