Room was great, clean and bed comfortable. Bathroom needs work, looked well used but clean
Negatives:
Breakfast was poor, waited 15 minutes after asking for the food to be replenished at 730 when it goes till 9. There was no sausage, eggs or hash browns. They brought out hashbrowns right away, about 10 minutes later they brought out lukewarm sausages. We ate toast and left. Never did see any eggs. The kitchen also was dirty

The only thing nice was...
Positives:
Ramada, has been renovating the hotel. They have been taking out the carpets and putting lament flooring, it's so much cleaner. The breakfast was good, they had hot scrambled eggs, sausages and hashbrown, as well as the norm of cereals, toast/bagels, muffins, fruit and waffles. I was able to bring my pet in for a charge, without any problems.
However you might want to bring your own toilet paper, the one ply is see through.

Just the nice red haired guy at the desk.
Negatives:
FILTHY. Phone didnt work. Listed as accessible: there was barely any room to get my daughters wheelchair in. Window looked DIRECTLY into pool area, giving LOUD swimmers full view into room/making it stink like chlorine. Building looked like a prison.

Parking lot not very clean as was one of the entrances to the rooms. Cigarette butts on ground near entrance. Empty gift shop/snack shop with stock still in boxes on floor.

Very dirty and run down hotel. Dog poop in front of a side entrance. Staff didn't wear uniforms and looked like drug addicts. All door frames in rooms were crooked with gaps. Fitness room was non existant. Floors all over hotel were dirty and not vacummed
