Breakfast was available earlier than the expected time and offered a good selection of breakfast foods.
The location is convenient to the I-15 as well as choices of fast food and full service dining.
Negatives:
The Crystal Inn demonstrates ‘hospitality’ in the care of the guests. There wasn’t anything that I wasn’t impressed by. Kudos to the staff (Sue).

The Lady that checked us was rude and argumentative, booking . Com already charged our credit card for the room so we had to stay, she wanted to argue about our service dog , and they charged us $ 50.00 for the dog .

Nothing, the pool was closed and being renovated and that is not on this website to tell us this

It smelled so bad as they were renovating. Like chemical smell gave me and my daughter a headache. The pool was closed and not posted that it would be. I mentioned to the front office staff that I didn't see it on the website she proceeded to raise her voice and tell me it was my fault because it is posted and it's not their fault that I didn't see it. I told her that she has terrible customer service and she continues to argue that she did. It was horrible I have never been attacked by someone like this while checking in anywhere. It wasn't cleaned properly and the old coffee pod was still in the coffee pot. There was trash on the ground and not emptied. We will never go there again for the price we paid it was the worse hotel we have been to. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL EVER
