Staff were professional. Rooms as expected for the price, decent but not fancy. Only bad spot was the breakfast. There was extremely limited choice and nothing portable except a bagel.
Negatives:
Breakfast: even just simple sausage egg biscuits would have elevated the offerings.

Positives:
Excellent location which was close to hospital. Staff very helpful when I had a problem with remote, my error not theirs. We came in early from out of town and were gracious about allowing us to check in early. A little gal was ALWAYS cleaning, straightening up around the lobby, smiling and wiping surfaces. Breakfast was good also. The rooms were quiet which we really appreciated.

It was clean, quiet and the staff was friendly.
A little out of the main area of town, but not bad. Just a short drive, and actually nice to be away from the congestion.
We were happy to see a Kuerig coffee machine in the room. Also, it was close to a favorite Mexican restaurant.

Our bed looked like an ocean wave was pretty worn out, I think they give the ones that need replacing to those using outside booking services

Normally with pets we are put on the first floor. Being on the 4th floor really was a bonus, stair exercise for dog and me included (the elevator was slower than the two oldsters climbing stairs).
Being able to sleep with open window was fantastic.
Negatives:
The bed was a bit on the soft side.
