First their shuttle doesn't work and the hotel sent Sudan with no breaks. An invasion of bed bugs at 11:00pm and the hotel switched rooms for me which disrupted my sleep all night. neutral

Jamie-the front desk was absolutely wonderful! She was friendly & very helpful. The rest of the staff were great as well. She definitely made our stay better. The breakfast the hotel supplied had a great selection of stuff & the coffee was always hot & ready!

The rooms were furnished nicely and and the beds super comfortable, the staff were extremely friendly and very accommodating, the pool was the perfect temperature, and overall it was all really relaxing.
Negatives:
The walls in the room werent super nice, a few cracks and not good Sheetrocking job. Also maybe some gluten-free options for breakfast would be nice. If youre looking for a nice hotel based on looks I would not recommend this one

The staff was very nice. The lady at check in did her best to accommodate my needs.

The carpeting in the room was sticky. The door was broken, the latch for the lock was broken. The owner of this hotel could do a better job of taking care of things to make the customer feel more safe. The doorway metal was bent and the door didn't lock. The place could use a paint job as well. For $150/night they could use some major upgrades.

I would have loved to stayed here during our complete visit in Havre. But this hotel like others does not freshen up rooms. I understand not changing beds but a fresh towel and garbage pick up doesnt seem much to get someone to stay longer.
