the breakfast was outstanding but the staff were extremely rude n disrespectful standing over us watching n making comments n checking to see how much food we were taking n when going for 2nds they would make comments which made my family n I very uncomfortable

the staff and their comments n there judgements they were very rude I had surgery n needed a little more time to check out n they refused to do any late checkout n then threatened to call the cops n have the cops remove us when I just needed a little more time

Great friendly staff on front desk particularly. We asked for a quiet room and got an upgrade with a balcony. Supper on both evenings was good and unexpected. Lovely cookies, hit coffee every time we wanted it and access to fridge items was ideal.

The pool area is in need of a good clean and some repairs were seeming to be underway.

The sofa couch was not cleaned. Still had lots of crumbs and tons of used tissues.
