They lost our PAID reservation, and insisted on a credit card to get into our rooms. It was 1:30 in the morning and we were exhausted from a full day of travel, so we handed it over and were promised a follow up the next day. Two days later, nothing.

The young lady at the counter was friendly and greeted me with a smile. There was a good selection for breakfast. For the first time there were cheese omelets instead of the usual scrambled eggs. The change was appreciated. My. Room was clean and comfy
