Place was run down. Room had nasty carpet that needed vacuum and steam clean. Paint had scuffs and splatters every where. Shotty drywall patching where some fixtures were replaced. Chaise chair was grimy.

Well- my socks got so dirty from the dirty carpets. Probably havent been shampooed- ever. The ceiling in the bathroom has so much water damage. The tub had hair in it- also looked like it hadnt been cleaned in along time. There were water marks everywhere in the tub. If it was cleaned properly, this wouldnt have been an issue. I couldnt even relax in the tub. There is nowhere to take the dogs to go to the bathroom. The chairs and couch had stains all over them. I wouldnt even sit on them. My dog wouldnt even go on the couch. That says a lot. But you get what you pay for- too much if you ask me. It needs a lot of work to the place. For the prices of the rooms
