Negatives: This was by far the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed at. I slept like garbage. Pool was over capacity and no towels either day. Main level hall slick with water as there were no towels. Pool was foggy. Childrens skin/eyes was burning.

Positives: Nothing. I had a horrible experience. I only stayed one night, out of the three I had reserved.

Negatives: The staff tried to extort money out of me, by claiming my dog barked and made excessive noise, which never happened. They tried to charge me $250 for my dog, The room had bed bugs, and the staff was rude to me when I reported it to them.
