Alot of banging from the upstairs the fridge didn't work no breakfast there was a leak in the ceiling in the bathroom so water was pouring all over the toilet it never got taken care of while we were there and there was a roach stuck to the wall

He was dirty unsecure the doors went lock. They were flies and the bathroom bugs on the floor stains inside the blankets the AC wouldnt work.

I got nothing that was on the website. I didn't have a working refrigerator nor did I receive a smoking room. They didn't have a Continental breakfast & half the cable channels were frozen. The staff were rude and unaccomadating.

the location is off of the highway and near univ ne-omaha. price. had hot water and linens were clean.

the room was fine for this level hotel however the mattress in my room was old and was not flat. the breakfast was frosted flakes and toast. juice machine broken.

The facility is not good, there's no hair dryer in my room, the A/C is not working properly.

Fridge was unplugged and full of smelly water. No usb port in the room ( found one behind the television, but wouldn't work if the TV was off, so TV stayed on all night). Air conditioner was LOUD.

Hotel is old and run down. Room was gross. Mold in the bathroom. Stains all over the ceilings.

I prepaid hotel for my son after games running late and they had to be in Omaha again in the morning... My 19yo son was not allowed to check in when the State of Nebraska says 18 is OK... It was non-refundable and they manager knew that. We got screwed.

Everything. Floors were carpet. Needed cleaned. Lighting was very dark. They dont clean under the beds. Animal feces. Smells. Bedding stained or dirty.
