The day of departure the cleaning staff was pushy. Check out was at 11am, 2 times they asked if we were leaving now.y daughter left a pair of earrings on the bed, which she remembered when we took our bags down to the lobby. My wife went back to the room to retrieve them and they had already stripped the bed. They were nonhelpful to find them.

Pillows and bed were not comfortable. Renovations notice at front desk. Our room was not one of them yet, heavy water damage on the ceiling. Surface cleaning was good though.

Adequate for 1 night but...
Positives:
We always stay here every time we travel to our son’s in TX because it’s halfway point. Love that there’s an Applebees right in hotel! Room clean & comfortable. Breakfast is awesome!

A bit musty smell in room and toilet flush issue.

Positives:
I loved how friendly the two desk ladies were when I walked in looking like a lost little puppy. They made checking in super easy and fast. They also have full conversations about everyday things, not just stuff involving the hotel. I also loved my room with the jacuzzi tub, the bed was super soft and comfortable and not a lot of noise to bother you during your stay.
Negatives:
Wasn’t a big issue but parking was limited. I suggest taking a close spot if it is available.
