Positives: The setting is incredible right on Lake Las Vegas. The building is a sight to see. The staff make such an effort to ensure you have a great stay!

Negatives: The restaurants on premise need to improve the food they serve. There is a lack of quality in the products they serve. The preparation leaves something to be desired. That said short ride to the village will give you good food and great service.

Positives: We like the location and the look and spaciousness of the property.

Negatives: It felt tired. Our room had a lot of maintenance issues - shower and sink were clogged and drained very slow. The toilet kept running after it was flushed, so something was wrong with it. A few of the lights in the room didn’t function, bad light bulbs? We let the staff know about the plumbing issues and they had us switch rooms, which we appreciated. The signs on the walls in the public areas, such as directions to the lobby. The letters on a few of them are missing. Not worth the price.

Negatives: We were covered in bugs all night. The room had bugs all over and we took video and pictures and took it down to the desk to show them.
