Location, room size and bed. Very comfy beds.
Negatives:
No shampoo in bathroom, forced to pay for a small tube of toothpaste and toothbrush, most places offer these things free at the desk. Electronic locks on the doors are worn out too.

It had a nice gym and ample parking. Staff were nice.

It was showing signs of wear. I put up a damage deposit and I hope to get it back because we certainly didn’t cause any damage. But there were scratches on the floor and chairs when we arrived. Inexplicably there was a bar of soap in the toilet which had to be fished out lest it clog the plumbing. Also though there was a decent kitchen there were a strange assortment of utensil and only one pot and one spoon. We could have gone down to the front desk but we had made several trips to the front desk already and didn’t want to go there again.
