Negatives: I actually canceled this reservation upon walking in. This location is deplorable. Homeless people residing in the parking lot and one guest said she had cockroaches in her room. We booked another room immediately.

Negatives: The cover of the light in the kitchen looked like it wanted to fall down. Thank God it was still secured. But at first, I definitely did get very worried for only a few minutes thinking it would fall to the ground while my husband and I were sleeping. Immediately I called front desk (which was after hours) the moment I saw it. I understand that nothing will be done until 8am the following day. But when my husband told front desk about it the following morning, they said no one reported it. My husband had to go twice to the lobby to keep reporting it. It took hours before someone came to look at it, but unfortunately they couldn’t do anything because they didn’t have the right size cover to fit the light. Also, the shower head looked loose and felt like it also wanted to fall down. I was scared to take a shower because it was making a lot of leaks and the water was going everywhere- making the floor all wet. I was busy all day Saturday to report this. So I reported to the front desk during check out time. Lastly, it smelled like someone smoked. And I definitely did not enjoyed it one bit. Other than that, all I can say that was on the positive note was that the people were polite and had a great smile on their face. And they had breakfast included.

Negatives: It smelled marijuana all over the property!!!

Negatives: There were many issues inside the room. There was no charging plug by the bed; no coffee or the coffee cups; bed bugs in bed and couch; the shower water was not draining; the bed had hair underneath the blanket.

Negatives: Everything. Clogged bathroom sink, damaged refrigerator, noisy heating fan, poor bathroom, dirty microwave, unpainted bathroom door. So many things to mention but don’t deserve to spend more time to them. The worst “hotel “ I ever stayed!!! And you “Booking Company “ are responsible for having such a hotel in your site. Really, have you ever checked this hotel? Are the photos on your site real? You are also responsible. This place must be checked immediately if it meets the suggested things.

Negatives: Staff is rude No supplies Have to wait for linen all the time

Negatives: After a grueling 6-hour drive, I arrived at the hotel only to find an empty front desk. Waiting for 45 minutes to check-in was frustrating. The room was far from clean, with an old, rusty microwave. To make matters worse, there was evidence of dog poop on the floor, and the hallways emitted an unpleasant odor.
