Negatives: Room was dirty ,and fridge did not work. We noticed drug use and ( this is entirely our assumption) prostitution. The police department was called to the room next to us ( not sure why) may have been for an aggressive dog.

Negatives: The neighborhood, not the worst, but not the best.

Negatives: Noisy neighbors

Negatives: This location requires a $40 cash deposit. Check out time is 11:00 a.m. . You have one hour past that checkout time to collect your deposit. For those of us that work overnight and are exhausted by the time they get off.. or for those of us that are not used to paying a cash deposit 1 hour is an absolutely unacceptable time frame to pick up your deposit. I work overnight so by the time I get off work in the morning I'm already exhausted. I am also not used to a cash deposit being required, the deposits usually go on the card. So when I arrive much later than 12:00 p.m. to get my deposit back.. imagine how displeased I am when I am told no , and the employee points to a sign on the counter.. a sign that's at the end of a counter towards the wall, and moderately sized typing, that I absolutely did not read at 12:30 at night when I checked in. It does State the recent it does State the policy guidelines , however when they collected the deposit they did not verbally reiterate said policy.. aside from this my stays at this location are just fine

Negatives: No microwave in the room and not even a continental breakfast as most hotels/ motels in Reno have

Negatives: This was a last minute decision after a previous hotel canceled our reservation. The staff was great and very friendly. The rooms were a bit rough. The first bed was actually broken which we were moved to another room. The second room the water line under the sink busted in the middle of the night which I needed to turn off to prevent flooding l. Definitely a little rough but good in a pinch and it accepted our dog free of charge.
