I had a late check-in after midnight and when I got to the room the heat had obviously been left off and it was freezing cold and despite turning the thermostat up to 85 by the the next morning the room was only in the '60s.

Booked pre-hospital stay. Unable to carry luggage, so hired someone to bring from car to room. Hotel wanted id's from both which I didn't think twice about. Apparently, he was on a "Do Not Rent" list. I couldn't check in and was added to DNR list
