The people at customer service were kind, attentive, prompt. Coffee was always available.
Negatives:
1) The pool was algae green. 2) Room was dangerously dusty from bad vacuums & poor filtration causing emergency. 3) They use dollar store paper towels, toilet paper. 4) bedroom door didn't shut.5) No kitchen utensils, bowls etc. 6)dirty floors. No cookies

After booking with booking.com I called to make sure the hotel received it and everything looked ok. The day we arrived I was told they overbooked and I had to go to another hotel. Which would have been ok but the whole reason we wanted to stay here was because our hockey team was also staying here. We were able to stay and use the pool with friends. Though a kids stubbed his toe after getting out of the pool and went to ask for a bandaid and the staff freaked out and shut the pool down. The kid was done swimming and was not a risk to anyone.
