Room was nice, hotel too. We liked the pool and sauna, especially when drunk and crazy woman with her kids left.
Negatives:
Some people can just enter the pool without showing a room key, you have to check all the guests more attentively. It was a woman at the pool with the kids who were breaking all the rules, jumped into jacuzzi and pool to the adult lane, their mother was drunk and not adequate at all, after me and few other people told her to follow the rules she started to scream and curse like a psycho and I called the administrator to stop that. That situation destroyed our atmosphere. You have to use more control at the pool and more control for the kids and do not let drunk people go into the pool.

I think it’s foolish to offer once complimentary bottle of water when you have two people staying in the room. They did offer a second bottle, different brand for $5.00. I understand this is a company policy but with the money we pay for a room it seems silly.
