That we were on the third floor with a pet and had to take three flights of stairs, since our pet doesnt do elevators. Also, the incorrect remote control was in our room so we couldnt access our TV without calling for assistance

Website was very misleading. King suite was a single room with a trundle bed. Not big enough for 4 adults. No seating in the room. Staff was not very helpful. No one was even there to check us out when we left
