Smells like cigarette smoke everywhere, including the room I booked which was supposed to be non-smoking. Television did not work either. House keeping kept banging at the door from 10am. Check out was 11:00. Lots of noise all evening long.

The property was very dirty. I booked a double bed room and didn’t get that when I arrived. I got a king size bed and a pull out couch. The facility smelled so badly. The pull out couch was crusty and had old towels and sheets in it. I ended up not staying in the hotel and stayed elsewhere. Asked for my money to be refunded and was told no.

Staff was excellent. She was able to answer all my questions. The room was clean and for one-night stay it was good enough.
Negatives:
No napkins provided. TV was not working. Alarm had the time 1 hour off. When you turn hot water on in the shower, the shower made such noise that it could probably awake other tenants.

I have stayed there many times before; I assume it now has new owners. There was no breakfast ( as advertised and have had in the past). Not to be petty, but, not even a channel list or pen in the room. I generally travel alone and like this place because I always felt safe. However, this time there were people verbally fighting in the hall and slamming doors at all hours. Sadly, I won't be staying again.
