Legionnaires disease outbreak in the water. We couldnt use the shower or brush our teeth with the water. We had to use small water bottles for everything and when we went downstairs for more, they only gave us two additional. Literally horrible nightmare

The staff were respectful and the stay although short was nice. The availability of necessities were a nice addition like breakfast even if I missed the chance just knowing it was there and complementary was good enough.

Shuttle service was excellent. Couldnt be happier with that. Breakfast was pricey for what you got. Lunch and dinner were very good including the waiter. Hotel staff were friendly.

Lets just good job photoshop.! Room was filthy, smelt like old tabaco! And drinks and food bags were left in on the library floor I had to ask receptionist to clean up.! Our room wasnt clean nor polished.!

I had a pastry and coffee. Both were above average.

The cleanliness of my room couldve been significantly better. Unfortunately, I did not receive room service during my stay. But the room wasnt necessarily clean when I checked Tom. I noticed this the day after. The bathroom in particular was not clean. There were hairs in the shower and faucet that did not belong to me. I understand housekeeping staff have their work cut out for them to meet the demands of a large hotel. But theres an understandable expectation to provide a clean hotel room to any guest that checks in.

our valid Booking. com reservation could not be found. After a 30 minute wait at the reception new booking was made on the spot. Now we are charged twice for the room. In calling the hotel's accounting department we get a recording "the mailbox is full"!!!
