THE POOL IS SMALL AND WATER TEMP, WHEN I CALLED THE LADY SAID IT WAS 82 DEGREE, BUT I DONT THINK SO, BUT MUY DAUGHTER STILL ENJOY FOR A LITTLE BIT

The room was clean. It had two sinks. One could Waycross TV while the other slept. The staff was very nice and the bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
The towel rack fell off the wall. The sink faucet was very loose and felt like it could fall off. The breakfast ran out of biscuits and the 2 that were there were rock hard. Somebody set off the fire alarm and we had to evacuate the building.

Really nothing to complain about. I would say that the breakfast options are a bit too standards. I think hotels would do better serving a bit more variety and I would say this is true in the case of this hotel.

On December 31, 2023 I made a reservation, traveling for more than 1 hour and a half at the hotel, they informed me that the pool was closed, I told them that I was there to be with my children who wanted the pool, I told them that I wanted to cancel because of the pool, they told me They said it's fine until today, February 23, I'm still waiting for my money back. I spoke to Claudia and Casie and now they don't answer me. It's a lack of respect for the customers.
