The location was great and there were a lot of activities on the premises! Oh and the prime rib dinner OMGEE we really enjoyed that.

The air conditioner / heating was not working well. It was cold and hot the entire night. I left very early in morning because I could not sleep.

Beautiful grounds, easy to find, very close to AC and rooms very spacious with hidden refrigerator.
Negatives:
My bathroom had curtains when pics have to believe its a stall shower. I could of had the correct bathroom if I took the complimentary upgrade but hotel clerk told me rooms were the same but mine was larger. Wish he would of told me about upgraded bathroom. But that is my only complaint. I would stay again.

Everything was great for a first time stay. Loved the Christmas decorations too! We had Apple Martinis from the hotel bar as well and they were spectacular! Loved the indoor pool and that the hotel was pet friendly. Comfy and cozy rooms, would stay again!

Our room wasn't quite ready, so we were upgraded to a Parlor Suite. We really appreciated the help from the staff!
We were there to attend an event. It was really convenient to walk from our room to the event.
Negatives:
The upgrade to the Parlor Suite was awesome (and appreciated), but the shower/bathroom in the Parlor Suite didn't live up to the rest of the room (seemed outdated).
