We loved the actual hot breakfast we received. It was one thing we were really looking forward to.
Negatives:
Nothing was open. No pool. No gym. Barely had soap in our room. Definitely needs a renovation. Parts of everything falling off. Dispensers in the shower were broken and empty. 4 people no soap! We called for help no one came ,I went to the front desk to ask for soap it was never brought to our room. The cart to get your belongings is the first thing you see it was in pieces and barley moved. For what we pay a night the simple things should be on point! I'm just being honest. I hope these things are addressed and we can stay under better conditions next time. We were not offered an upgraded room as per booking. Com information on what we would get and could expect with booking through their service.

The location is great.
Negatives:
The carpet was soaking wet under the window and all by that side of the bed. We were there for one night for a wedding and by the time we got into our room it was too late to do anything and we were exhausted. The room was humid too, most likely from the amount of water leaking out from that AC unit. It's a shame as I usually have great things to say about the Holiday Inn. This room was unfortunately less than desirable.
