Positives:
Very clean and comfortable rooms. Have everything you need in the room- fridge, microwave, mini kitchen, closet. Basically a mini apartment.
Negatives:
The location is not great. It’s very hard to find and hard to get to. Can only access from a specific direction on the highway.

Positives:
Other than the aforementioned experience everything else was great. Huge room, very comfortable bed, very clean and okay breakfast. It is not right next to the hotel but a 10 min. drive will get you there.
Negatives:
The only problem with our stay (but a big one imo) is the fact that after we arrived at the property (23:00 after an 11 hour flight) the lady at the reception could not find our reservation for a room which was already paid for and for which we have already received booking confirmation. When we tried to show her the email we received from Booking she said she does not deal with booking, that the affiliation of the hotel is with Hilton and only through their system confirmation is provided and that, since she could not find our reservation, our reservation was invalid. I tried to ask her how it is possible that they don't deal with Booking when the hotel is on the Booking platform but she seemed to lose her mind every time I uttered the work Booking (seriously at some point I was afraid to utter any words starting with b). She would not even tell me how to get my money back because "she simply does not deal with Booking". Long story short, she found our reservation (what do you know!) and then decided to be a bit more polite and helpful.

The staff was rude , housekeeping don’t clean the rooms not even change the trash or to bring fresh towels. The shower door in the room I stayed in was broken , the glass door was literally hanging off I called front desk they sent someone to come take a look he looked at the shower glass then left and said the maintenance guy would come fix it and that they couldn’t change me to another room because the hotel was booked full

Location, staff, loud, kids running down the hallway. No clean towels unless you ask. No housekeeping. Bed was uncomfortable . TV was ancient . No pay channels, no restaurant, no pool working. Complained to staff. Didn’t. care. Only apology . Very bad location . Got lost for almost 2 hours. No parking. Horrible for the price
we paid but we couldn’t go anywhere else. All booked up. This is the 2nd time i stayed @Hilton and had a bad experience.

Location was pretty good. Right off a main highway but traffic couldn't be heard inside the room. Pet friendly. Breakfast included.
Negatives:
There were no sheets for the pullout bed and no blankets for any bed. When I asked the front desk clerk for sheets and blankets, she seemed genuinely confused that the (very thin) comforter was not the blanket. Never got a blanket. Also, pool was drained.
