Not crazy that you check in in one bldg, and then you have to walk outside to get to your room. Bldgs appear to be attached, but “you can’t get there from here”. And I’m sure it’s not too much of an issue when the weather is nice, but when it’s cold, rainy, snowy, etc., it’s a different story.

The fact there are pool rules about having children occupied under 16 and people not abiding by those rules was frustrating.There were a group of children unoccupied and unsafe. Went to the front desk and nothing was done. The same group was in our hall. They were having a party and kept prying the main door open. With small children of my own this was a safety issue. during breakfast a channel was on that had a lot of sexual content. I had to ask the front desk to change as there were many children. Lastly it felt like people lived here. If that’s the case separate hotel guests from residents. The 250 incidental hold was ridiculous considering all the above.
