The space, The kitchen, the nice apt like lay out.

The house keeping didn't ask if we needed anything, I had to have my kids to go the front desk and ask for clean towels. Then a couple of the towels were dirty it had dirt marks on them like some one used it to dry wipe themselves. Then when my kids went to breakfast one of the ladies in the kitchen who puts the food out was giving my 10 Year old daughter dirty looks because she came back for the second time only because she couldn't hold all the plates. Then we asked for a late check out because we were there the whole weekend and we had food and alot of things. We had the kids and the whole family and alot of things to pack, they told us no they wouldn't accommodate the late check out. Then the house keeper came knocking on the door at 9am and check out is 11 am asking if we are checking out and if we are we need to be out with the whole room cleared by 11 am, they were rude as hell.

Yes on our last night the AC wasnt working, the room was 79F degrees. I tried to fix it myself, I called, it was approximately 8pm. No one could come; no maintenance. Finally they offered us a new room, but it was later 9:30, who wants to move then!
