Sonesta is pet friendly! Pets weighing less than 80 pounds are welcome. Yes on our last night the AC wasnt working, the room was 79F degrees. I tried to fix it myself, I called, it was approximately 8pm. No one could come; no maintenance. Finally they offered us a new room, but it was later 9:30, who wants to move then!
