Positives:
Easy to find. Very clean inside and out. The young man at the desk couldnt have been nicer.
Negatives:
Bad part of town. Lots of homeless people everywhere. When I was leaving I was approached by a young man for money. He was sleeping on the property. He was very polite but many are not. We were 2 women traveling alone, so a little on edge about the area.

Not the greatest but does the job.
Positives:
The price and location, being off the interstate.was convenient. Room was accommodating.
Negatives:
Checked in, got room keys, and went up to the room to check the room out. My wife left her water in her monogram cup in the room, and then we left to go get something to eat. Came back and went to our room and put our key card in, and it did not want to open. Come to find out while we were gone to get something to eat, our room had been given to another family. The problem is if we had gone ahead and brought our bags in, someone could have stole our stuff. . Luckily, the ppl that had been given our room gave my wife her monogram cup back that she had left in the room. So we go downstairs to the lobby, and we work things out and get the suite next to the original room. Because by this time after we (4 adults) had been driving for 14 hrs.we did not check to see if there was any towel and wash clothes in the room ( there wasn't any), so my wife goes down to get some the next morning when she wakes up and the clerk was very rude telling her she should have gotten them the night before and it was not his problem. The only reason I give it a 3 on the service is because even though the girl put someone else in our room after we had already checked in, she took responsibility. Accountability goes a long way with me.

Poor
Positives:
You get what you pay for. It was a room with a bed, bathroom, A/C.
Negatives:
It smelled like marijuana in the lobby during check-in, and on the 3rd floor (from room 309) where our room was. The elevator didn't work, the bathroom fan was loud, weird smudges on the door, the shower faucet was running and can't be stopped. I know it's not the Ritz, but the Motel 6 next to it might be better.
