Location and rate .Room was overkill for my needs as a place to sleep. Breakfast foods were superb.

Everything was great except the fire alarm going off at 0100 in the morning which was not in their control. It was a false alarm. But, we all evacuated out of the building just to be safe.

The false fire alarm in the middle of the night.

The exec-kingrm was above the entry door which was extremely loud sounded like a train & bathroom floor was filthy, asked for a different room manager was very rude. She gave me a handicap room with 2 queen beds,after several attempts I got a standard

The front desk staff was very friendly! The bed extremely comfortable.
Negatives:
The bathroom was really dirty - almost gross. There is pink mold grunge in the metal shower track - yuck! And the garbage was not cleaned out and not really sure the toilet was cleaned. I did mention this to the young woman on the 20th when I checked out. Her response - "I've heard that before"! Maybe, then, you need to clean it up!
PS - the woman preparing the breakfast buffet was extremely rude. You can call me if you want to know more...
