They promised a hot breakfast, but only gave a paper bag w/ a piece of fruit, a granola bar and a cellophane-wrapped mini muffin. The promised fitness center didn’t exist. The heating system in the room didn’t work, even though it got down to the 40s F at night. There was only a third of a roll of toilet paper in the room. Two lightbulbs didn’t work. There was no ice bucket or facial tissue. The mattress was way too soft.

Hallways need new carpet, need an elevator, exterior doors for the property need the card readers fixed. Location has some homeless around, probably some fencing or security guard might help there, better lighting in certain areas. No breakfast given due to new fridge needing to be inspected.

Asked 4 times for pillow cases. Never received in two day stay.. asked twice to get my room cleaned.. never cleaned.. 2 lights didn’t work.. went to make coffee and parts were missing to coffee maker. Asked for towels and never got them!
