The pillows were very hard. our room was next to a family whos son kept crying. we did not get much sleep.

Room was gross. Cigarette buds all over the parking lot. Rooms had a funny smell. Remotes were sticky. Mattress was uncomfortable and had stains. Staff was rude.

Breakfast options could improve. TV would turn on/off by itself. Better amenities, (shampoo/conditioner) Room coffee machine didnt work, Plus it was dirty.

Nothing! Hotel was absolutely a horrible price for what they offer. Hotel should charge $---a night. Not $---a night.

The hotel was the most disgusting hotel we have ever chosen NOT to stay in. It was that bad. We walked in the room and literally walked out and said no way! This cant be true. It smelled really bad of things I probably cant mention here. Use imaginatio!

Bed bugs reported it to front staff they gave me other room. My daughter got bit allover. In the morning went to look for management he kept hiding telling staff to tell me he was out of property when you can clearly see he was in his room.
