The location is excellent, it's near most tourist attractions and restaurants

We were put in a handicap room (not by request) there was no soap dish in the shower and the drain came off. The shower head was broken

first night-a dog barked an hour and fourth minutes. I call the front desk twice. The refrigerator made so much noise I disconnected. Someone in room without knowledge took a dump it was sickening.

The housekeeping staff was so kind and friendly. The price was great, and the facility was clean. Give a raise to hotel employee, she even gave me a big hug because I was crying after a funeral and made me feel like someone saw me and cared, shes a star

The front desk makes could have been friendlier and more welcoming. There was a woman with dark short hair who was awesome. The man with short dark hair and glasses, not so much. Very cold and dismissive.

Room was in horrible shape. Water damage on ceiling, mold in shower, shower door was falling apart, bed was loud and squeaky, ac was loud and kept us up all night, coffee maker had mold

Location was good, food was good, evening staff was friendly, he got us toothbrushes and was pleasant. We were not expecting to stay the night but to drive home late.

At check out I asked to refill my waterbottle. The woman told me I could go to the 3rd floor (Carrying my luggage and 4 children( and refill it at the ice machine there. She could have just opened the breakfast room door 3 feet away, very inconvinient.

Have stayed here before and the place never disappoints. nice clean rooms, great location, safe area, friendly staff. Nice breakfast

Clean. Staff at front desk not very helpful. Room ok but no tub. Window unit kept going off and on so had to get up and readjust. Also $20 extra for pet which I paid when registering. Total bill was $90.

Front desk guy said I could go around to the side door to get in. It was locked. So I had to go back to him and tell him. Then he said yes that one is but the next one was unlocked. It was a snowy icy night so I didnt appreciate that! He could have told
