Customer service at front desk was lacking. I didn't like that the first room they gave us was not only dirty but it took the attendant about 10 minutes to come up to the room to "verify" the condition of the room. He then started to peep into neighboring rooms. Once we were let into a room the TV wasn't working and that took another 20-30 minutes to take care of. We were lucky there was "Applebee's" open late and in close proximity. Several times throughout the night we had people trying to open our door. Not sure why? It was an unsettling stay to say the least.

The room was a nice size, plenty of room to lay our suitcases out. The bathroom had a lot of counter to lay out toiletries. The room was comfortable and clean.
Negatives:
The configuration of the food service was not good. The food was spread out in a line in a hallway. It would work fine if only one person is getting their food; but when there were 4 other people getting their breakfast with me, we were bumping into each other or waiting for a person to move. It made it take a long, frustrating time to get to eat.
