Negatives: Bed was a little worn.

Negatives: I was passing through for one night. It was manageable. The first room the two deadbolts did not work. Only the little L latch work. I called the front desk and Ian answered promptly. He explained that the L latch locks the door. I told him I did not feel secure with just that. He said he would look to find a more secure room. He did find one and I moved over. Both rooms only had a desk chair to sit on besides the bed. The TV did not line up with the bed, to look at the TV straight, you would have to sit on the uncomfortable desk chair. They did say they were in the improvement phase. Ian was the best part of the stay. I would Ian a 10 and the hotel a 4 out of 10

Negatives: Homeless people Urinating on the premises

Negatives: Drinking water in the room

Negatives: The facility did not take Apple Pay as advertised so they would not accept my Apple Card and I had to use a different form of payment. The room was supposed to be non-smoking was listed as non-smoking but smelled like smoke. Otherwise it appeared clean. There were multiple people walking up and down the halls throughout the night would recommend better soundproofing as it woke me up many times. When I checked out, I forgot my lunch bag in the fridge. When I tried contacting the facility later That morning, no one ever picked up the phone and there was no other listed way to reach the establishment. I did try multiple times and no one ever picked up the phone so I was just out the bag.
