The location. But the hotel is undergoing renovations so it will be much improved. If the front desk area is a sample, the rooms will be nice and it will be a great place to stay when traveling.
Negatives:
Smell of disinfectant or something very strong, the back door locks are broken so the suites building is accessible without a key. The room I stayed in was still undergoing renovations so it was not furnished normally and in some disrepair.

The rooms are always dirty. The floors are unswept. No cleaning of the room during my 5 day stay. Sometimes the towels are changed sometimes they are not.

I liked the room that I had on the third floor it was clean big and very comfortable I had a great night sleep! I also liked that it was right next to a very good Mexican restaurant that I will definitely visit again!

That the website said there was free breakfast included and they only offered coffee and juice, I get it for the price the room was beyond expectations and very worth it; but some quick breakfast bites might have been nice!

The building and room smelled strongly of cigarettes, the room was dirty, the couch was broken, and the whole building was in disrepair. We checked out immediately and found another hotel.

The room was spacious, jacuzzi hair hair In it we was told breakfast was included and it wasnt they only offered tea,juice &coffee that is not breakfast.. I also waited 15 mins to check in because the front desk staff was not around for a while..
