Beds were small. Room was not given housekeeping after first night. We were interrupted in the middle of the night by someone asking to clean the room then. Showers were sluggish at prime times.

Our room was clean, in good repair, and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. Finally, the breakfast was surprisingly good - waffles, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, muffins, bagels, sausage, juices, and scrambled eggs that were actually good (much better than I’ve seen at other hotels).

Negatives:
No bathroom sink inside the bathroom. Sink is outside of the bathroom. We took two double beds for 4 persons, only one chair. Pillows are uncomfortable as they were half size like decorative pillows not standard pillows. Complained to the front desk and didn’t care. I booked for two days and tried to check out next morning and the receptionist didn’t check me out and very rude.

Their systems on the computer for booking online are horrible. My reservation didn’t pop up and it was a whole debacle but at the end of the night I was able to get a room so thank you again.

Positives:
I didn't take advantage of the breakfast. The location was good as far as available restaurants and fast-food options. It was quiet and secure-felt safe by myself.
Negatives:
There was an oder in the room. The sink stopper didn't function correctly and caused slow drainage. The water had some sort of softener in it, so soap and shampoo didn't rinse off well. My last day I discovered the toilet was leaking around the base, which I did report when checking out.
